Top Fantasy Streamers for Week 10

Week 9 is officially in the books! Were your teams able to stave off the injury bug? Whether you need an injury replacement or want an upgrade over your current starter, here is a list of streamers with favorable matchups in Week 10.

The following players are owned in less than 50 percent of Yahoo Leagues.

Drew Lock, QB, Denver Broncos

Lock has come out of nowhere to set the football world on fire. Over the past two weeks, he’s thrown 561 yards and five touchdowns versus just two interceptions. He ranks fourth amongst all fantasy quarterbacks with 51.04 fantasy points trailing only Patrick Mahomes, Russell Wilson, and Aaron Rodgers during that span. He has another favorable matchup in Las Vegas going up against a Raiders defense giving up the ninth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Fire him up as a Top-20 option with a Top-10 ceiling.

Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Miami Dolphins

Tagovailoa’s remarkable skill set was on full display last Sunday. In only his second career start, Tagovailoa completed 20-of-28 passes (71.43% completion percentage) for 248 yards and two touchdowns. He also added 35 yards on the ground on his way to upsetting Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals.

His pocket awareness and scrambling ability are comparable to Rodgers and Wilson. This week, Tagovailoa goes up against a Los Angeles Chargers defense that’s giving up the fourth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. He will need to keep up with fellow rookie Justin Herbert if he wants to pull off his third victory in a row. Tagovailoa’s early passing success along with sneaky rushing yards gives him a Top-20 floor this week.

Baker Mayfield, QB, Cleveland Browns

Mayfield has an extremely favorable matchup this week going up against the Houston Texans at home. The Texans’ defense has given up the eight-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Coming off the bye week, Mayfield will have had two weeks to prepare for one of the worst defenses in the NFL. With Nick Chubb and Austin Hooper returning this week, expect Mayfield to post high-end QB2 numbers.

Austin Hooper, TE, Cleveland Browns

Hooper will make his return this week after missing the past two games recovering from an emergency appendectomy. He’s been a solid addition to this offense, collecting 22 receptions for 205 yards and a touchdown in six games. In the three games prior to his appendectomy, Hooper was averaging 7.7 targets and five receptions for 47.7 yards. This week, he goes up against a Texans defense that is giving up the 10th most fantasy points to tight ends. Fire up Hooper as a Top-12 option this week.

Dallas Goedert, TE, Philadelphia Eagles

Goedert underwhelmed in his first start last week since Week 3, catching only one ball for 15 yards. The good news is that he logged 54 snaps and ran a route on 84.8% of Carson Wentz‘s drop backs, so the opportunity is there. This week, he faces a beatable New York Giants defense that has given up on average 57.8 yards to tight ends over the past four games along with two total touchdowns. Goedert has a fantastic shot at producing Top-10 numbers not only for this week but for the rest of the season.

Jimmy Graham, TE, Chicago Bears

Graham is coming off one of his best games of the season, catching all six of his targets for 55 yards and a touchdown. He’s been a consistent Top-10 option all season and has a favorable matchup this week against the Minnesota Vikings at home. He’s a high-floor TE2 this week.

Green Bay Packers, DST

The Packers return home this week after dismantling the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday Night Football. With sixth-round rookie quarterback Jake Luton on tap, expect the Packers to get after the young quarterback and rack up multiple sacks while forcing a turnover or two.

Philadelphia Eagles, DST

The Eagles are coming off their most dominant performance of the season, holding the Dallas Cowboys to nine points while collecting four sacks, two fumble recoveries, and returning one of those fumble recoveries for a touchdown. They face a Giants team giving up the fifth-most fantasy points to defenses. The Eagles are one of the safest starts this week.

New Orleans Saints, DST

The Saints are coming off an incredible performance last week in Tampa Bay holding Tom Brady to just three points while adding three sacks and three interceptions. The Saints return home to host a 49ers team led by Nick Mullens. Expect the Saints to carry over that Week 9 momentum into their Week 10 matchup against a banged-up 49ers squad.

Daniel Carlson, K, Las Vegas Raiders

Carlson has produced the second-most fantasy points at kicker this season, trailing only Younghoe Koo. He also hasn’t scored less than seven fantasy points all season. He’s going up against a Broncos team this week giving up the fifth-most fantasy points to kickers. Carlson is an excellent replacement option for owners with Koo, Harrison Butker, and Greg Zuerlein on bye weeks.

Sanders hasn’t missed a field goal all season. He’s 17-17 on the year while producing the third-most fantasy points at the kicker position. He hit two 50-plus yard field goals last game along with four extra points. He has a favorable matchup this week against the Chargers who have given up the eight-most fantasy points to kickers this season. Sanders is a Top-10 option this week, especially with Tagovailoa successfully moving the ball to start his career.
