The Mets and Reds Could be a Match for a Trade
The New York Mets have been one of the most active teams this offseason and it does not look like the front office has any intention of taking their foot off the gas pedal.

Over the next several weeks, I will be ranking the top ten NFL players at each position. These rankings will be solely based on performance in the regular season and will not include any injured players. The positions of players were determined from ESPN.com.
The Chicago Cubs aren’t bringing back Jon Lester, so where do they go next for additional rotation help?
Welcome back to Ice Picks. Saturday we took a bite of some humble pie as we missed on both of our selections to even out our season record to 2-2. Expect some ebbs and flows throughout the year. A good goal is to try to hit on 55-60 percent of selections. Just as important is to try to stay as even-keeled as possible. With a good mindset in tack let’s tackle some Ice Picks for Tuesday’s eight-game slate.
Hopes were high in Nashville, heading into the 2020 NFL Season. After the Tennessee Titans’ were one win away from the Super Bowl in 2019, the 2020 expectations were, at the very least, to return to the playoffs. Mike Vrabel’s team finished with a record of 11-5 and won the AFC South crown.
Monday’s game was starting to look like another letdown for the Miami Heat. The Detroit Pistons jumped out to a 28-9 lead after just seven minutes of action.
The New York Jets were not one of the best teams in the NFL this season with a 2-14 record. Despite this well-known stat, there was a lot of news around the Jets. Between the marathon for Trevor Lawrence, Gregg Williams’ issues, Adam Gase’s play-calling, and much more, there was plenty of excitement, albeit not the greatest.
When the Tampa Bay Lightning hoisted the Stanley Cup high above their heads in late September, that officially ended the 2019-20 NHL Season which included a pandemic (which is still ongoing), a four-and-a-half month halt in play, and two “NHL bubbles” inside Edmonton, Alberta’s Rogers Arena, and Toronto, Ontario’s Scotiabank Arena. Die-hard hockey fans from coast to coast have been without the beautiful game for over three-and-a-half months but that all changed when the puck officially dropped on the 2020-21 campaign last week.
