Wide Receiver Removed From Injury Report, Will Reportedly Play Saturday

The team is getting healthier as New England Patriots wide receiver Chris Hogan has been taken off the injury report and is a play Saturday.

Hogan had previously missed seven out of the last eight games returning for the team’s losing effort against the Miami Dolphins.

The Patriot’s approach to Hogan’s injury was one of caution and strategy knowing that he is one of quarterback Tom Brady’s favorite targets that the team would need for a deep postseason run.

His return will take the pressure off of wide receiver Brandin Cooks and tight end Rob Gronkowski who ever since Hogan’s injury, were experiencing constant double coverage schemes that alleviated their effectiveness on the field.

The Patriots play the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Divisional round this Saturday at 8:15 p.m.
