We are back with a solid slate of picks last week. I went 2-1 bringing my overall record up to 17-9-2 (these are not including my future picks.) It’s time to win ourselves some more money. With the holidays coming up, it will be nice to have some extra cash. Let’s get rich!
Life’s Too Short To Bet The Under, Over Of The Week: Texas at Baylor (O/U 59.5)
I can’t believe how much Texas stinks. Contrary to popular belief, Texas is not back. But it is the Big 12. Baylor is coming off an absolutely brutal loss against Oklahoma that ended their perfect season, and chances at the playoff. Both teams come in the top 40 in total offense and have the opportunity to rip off big plays. I think Baylor comes out and smacks them in the mouth with a 45+ point performance. Let’s just hope Texas can at least do something right.
My Lock Of The Week: Saints (-7) vs Panthers
I was the world’s biggest Kyle Allen fan and the number one supporter of the Panthers. Hell, I even predicted them to go to the NFC Championship game. But losing three out of your last four is brutal. They still have an outside shot of the wild card game, but they need more than a prayer at this point. It may be time to go quarterback hunting soon for the Panthers. Oh yeah, also, the Saints are awesome.
Underdog Of The Week: Seahawks (+3) @ Eagles
Whoever came up with this line deserves to be shot. I get it, it’s in Philadelphia, but the Seahawks are miles better than the Eagles. The only good team the Eagles have beat were the Vikings, and they got smashed by every other good team. This one is easy, smash the Seahawks +3.
Suprise, Second Underdog Of The Week: Cavs (+3.5) @ Knicks
I will ride the Cavs covering the spread until I, and this hot streak die. Earlier, I said I like what the Knicks are building. I lied. They stink. But like I said, the Cavs are such a chore to play, they will cover, and win this game outright.
