The Detroit Tigers have started to fall off after a hot start, losing five in a row and six of ten. Everyone knew they couldn’t sustain the good start as they are rebuilding.

The rebuild is off and running as the Tigers announced Monday that three of their top prospects are getting the call to the show. Their number two overall prospect RHP Casey Mize, number prospect LHP Tarik Skubal, and number six prospect INF Isaac Paredes.

Skubal is scheduled to start on Tuesday and Mize on Wednesday, while Paredes is expected to be in the lineup on Monday to make his debut, per manager Al Avila.

Dawel Lugo was sent to the alternate site of Toledo, Avila announced while corresponding moves will be made later for Mize and Skubal.

Will one of these guys end up being the new “Tiger King”? Time to find out what they can do, as prospect season is up and running.
