Week 1 is officially in the books. Now it’s time to look towards Thursday night’s matchup between the two Ohio teams. Both teams are coming in fresh off a Week 1 loss. The Cleveland Browns got off to a miserable start with a 38-6 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Meanwhile, the Cincinnati Bengals were in position to tie the game with only seconds on the clock before Randy Bullock missed a 31-yard field goal. Both teams will look to get back on track this week in primetime on Thursday night football. So be sure to check out the gambling lines for tonight’s game. Now let’s take a look at the top players for this Divisional showdown.

DraftKings Captain/ Fanduel MVP

Nick Chubb (DK Captain $11,400 | FD MVP $13,500)

Last week the game script did not play out in favor of Chubb. The Browns were down early and were never able to establish the run. This week will be a different story. Chubb comes in as the seventh most expensive player on DraftKings and the third on Fanduel. At his salary, he is a steal. Chubb averaged six yards per carry last week against the Ravens. He will get more carries this week. He has the potential to have a huge game and put up a big fantasy number on whichever sites you play on.

Utility Players

John Ross (DK $5,200 | FD $7,500)

Ross has the speed and ability to burn secondaries in the NFL. Last week, Ross only had two catches but ended up with five targets. This week Ross gets a better matchup. The Browns secondary gave up some big plays to the Ravens. Ross should be able to exploit the Browns secondary and put up a good fantasy score. He has faced them four times in his career and he has scored two touchdowns. Joe Burrow has a good arm so look for him and Ross to connect on a couple of big plays.

Baker Mayfield (DK $10,200 | FD $15,000)

Mayfield struggled tremendously last week. He completed only 53 percent of his passes while passing for only 189 yards. He needs a good bounce-back game to silence his critics. The good news for Baker is that he gets a solid matchup against the Bengals. In his career against them, he has thrown for 10 touchdowns and an average of 253 yards per game. This is a great opportunity for Baker and the entire offense to show that they are a better team than what they put on display last week.

Kareem Hunt (DK $7,400 | FD $9,500)

Hunt was involved in the offense a lot more than most thought he would be last week. He saw 49 percent of the snaps while Chubb only saw 48 percent. However, that was mostly because the Ravens were winning 24-6 by the end of the first half. Hunt was targeted six times and saw 13 carries. Even with Chubb as the starter, Hunt will still get some work. Hunt is third or fourth in line in for expected targets. If Jarvis Landry is ruled out or limited, Hunt will see even more targets.
