Thursday Night Football DFS: Week 11

To kick off Week 11 on Thursday Night Football, the New England Patriots head into Atlanta to face the Falcons. This has not been a favorable matchup for the Falcons of late. They have been unable to beat the Patriots since 1998 and everyone remembers the Super Bowl loss. Now without further ado, let’s take a look at the top players in this DFS matchup.

DraftKings Captain | FanDuel MVP

Damien Harris (DK 13,200 | FD 13,500)

Harris has been excellent this season outside of two games with a negative game script. This week he gets a good matchup against the Falcons run defense. Furthermore, the Patriots are seven-point favorites, so Harris shouldn’t have to worry about a negative game script. Coming into this game, Harris has scored a touchdown in his last five games and has multiple games with over 100 rushing yards. He cleared concussion protocol yesterday so he should be good to go tonight.

Flex Plays

Mac Jones (DK 10,600 | FD 15,000)

Jones hasn’t been perfect all season but he’s played very solid. He has helped lead the Patriots to a four-game winning streak and has them right in the middle of the AFC East divisional race. This week, Jones and the Patriots get a very good matchup against a bad Falcons defense. They have allowed 19 passing touchdowns and an average of 255 passing yards per game. Look for Jones to have another good game leading the Patriots to their fifth win in a row.

Mike Davis (DK 5,800 | FD 7,500)

Cordarrelle Patterson is questionable with an ankle sprain. Last week with Patterson banged up and the Dallas Cowboys dominating the Falcons, Wayne Gallman saw a majority of the snaps. That is a big reason why Gallman’s salary is more expensive than Davis on DraftKings and similar on FanDuel. However, take Davis at the discount instead. Outside of last week, he has played a good chunk of the snaps week in and week out. If Davis can get some work in the passing attack he will provide a lot of value in this game.

Hunter Henry (DK 7,000 | FD 11,000)

Henry has accounted for over half of Jones’s touchdown passes with seven on the season. Those have all have come over the span of their last seven games. He only averages 35.3 yards per game so, he is typically touchdown or bust. However, with the frequency that he has found the end zone the last month and a half, he has a very good chance at scoring another one in this game.
