Thursday Night Football DFS: Week 10

TNF DFS

This week on Thursday Night Football is a battle between two teams in the AFC. The 6-2 Baltimore Ravens head into Miami to face the 2-7 Dolphins. Thursday night once again brings us a rather lackluster game. However, DFS will still make this game entertaining. Let’s take a look at the top players in this matchup.

DraftKings Captain

Rashod Bateman (DK 8,700 | FD 8,500)

Bateman’s breakout game is coming, and similar to Elijah Moore last week, it very well could come on Thursday Night Football. In the three games he has played this season, Bateman has 20 targets bringing in 12 for 161 yards. He was open for a deep touchdown last week but Lamar Jackson underthrew him and the play resulted in a pass interference. Look for Bateman and Jackson to connect on the deep ball this week. Don’t be afraid to take a shot and play him at Captain.

FanDuel MVP

Lamar Jackson (DK 13,800 | FD 17,500)

You are going to need Jackson in your lineups to win showdowns this week. He is one of if not the best fantasy quarterbacks in the league. He obviously runs extremely well but he is also on pace to have the best passing season of his career yardage-wise. There is a very good chance he finishes as the highest fantasy scorer on the slate. He will likely be chalk as the MVP but it’s worth eating it for this game.

Flex Plays

Mike Gesicki (DK 7,400 | FD 12,500)

The game script is likely going to force the Dolphins to pass more. The Ravens defense has also been bottom of the league against the pass this year. Furthermore, they have allowed six touchdowns to tight ends this year and an average of 73 receiving yards per game. No matter who starts at quarterback Gesicki is still a great play. Even in four games with Jacoby Brissett, Gesicki still had 23 receptions. Look for Gesicki to have a great game tonight.

Devonta Freeman (DK 6,600 | FD 10,500)

Latavius Murray is doubtful to play again this week. That means at least for now, Freeman will be the Ravens lead running back. Last week he saw a season-high in snaps and carries. He has also scored a touchdown in three straight games. The game script should favor Freeman and the Dolphins run defense has been iffy at times this year so he should be due for another solid fantasy night.
