Best Bet No. 1: Over 43.5 Points (-110)

As a team, the Bills have one of the most explosive and dynamic offenses in football. Led by star quarterback and MVP candidate Josh Allen, the boys from Buffalo are seemingly never out of contention in any game. From a sheer statistical perspective, the Bills average 28.1 points per game while the Pats average 21.7. Although both teams typically hold their opponents to under 20 points per game, I think this clash has the potential for some offensive flair, similar to what we saw on Thanksgiving when the Minnesota Vikings outlasted New England by a score of 33-26. We’ve seen glimpses of what Mac Jones can do under center and how versatile the Pats can be on offense. Finally, for a December night on the East Coast, the weather is shaping up to be 38 degrees Fahrenheit and mild. All the more reason to side with the over.

Best Bet No. 2: Patriots +5.0 (-110)

Few coaches in the NFL are more prepared for any single opponent than Bill Belichick. The veteran head coach should have his team ready to rock this evening. This is a pivotal game for the Pats, who will want to “take a step” towards cementing a spot in the NFL postseason in what is shaping up to be a very competitive AFC East Division. The Patriots will be pleased knowing that Von Miller has been ruled out for this tilt due to injury. Although I think the Bills prevail in the end, look for the Pats to keep it close on the scoreboard all game long. Under the bright lights of TNF, this game may even come down to the final possession. Lock in the Patriots at +5.0, folks.

Best Bet No. 3: Josh Allen Anytime Touchdown (+187)

Aside from last week’s outlier against the Vikings, the Patriots have been fairly stingy through the air this season on the defensive side of the ball. Enter, Mr. Allen. Bad elbow or not, few would attest to the notion that the Bills QB is a massive gamer who thrives under the spotlight. Allen has never shied away from running the ball when needed, especially in the red zone. From a coaching standpoint, you have to assume that Belichick will do his best to neutralize Stefon Diggs, forcing the Bills to look elsewhere in the red zone. At +187, this prop signifies fantastic value and seems like a downright no-brainer. Don’t hesitate; sprinkle some money on the Bills QB.
