The list for this week is a good one. A few players not listed below were deserving and tough to leave off. The group for this week is filled with exciting, young offensive talent.
Each year, there seems to be a player that surprises and becomes a top prospect in the pre-draft process. While there isn’t a quarterback that has rose his stock like that this year, there is an edge rusher that has. His name is David Ojabo, who never played football before his junior year of high school after moving from Nigeria to Scotland early in his childhood.
Many rookies were deserving of spots on the list for this week, probably the greatest amount of the season. A ton of first-year players had productive performances for their teams.
About seven months ago, the NFL draft world was ablaze with the five surefire first-round quarterbacks in the 2021 NFL Draft. Now, nine weeks into the NFL season, these rookie quarterbacks have all gotten an opportunity to play in multiple games.
Leading up to Sunday the stories of the week revolved around wide receivers. Starting with the tragic accident involving now-former Las Vegas Raiders receiver Henry Riggs.
