Another week of the NFL has passed and with the trade deadline headlining most of this week, it’s time to turn our attention back to what we saw over the weekend. Several offensive young guns have emerged back onto the scene and several defensive studs have continued their early dominance. One player is even making a case for Defensive Player of the Year. Who rose up to the challenge? Who fell short? Find out in this week’s edition of the Rookie Rankings. As always, let’s start with a couple of honorable mentions.
Week nine is on the horizon and that’s the halfway point of the NFL season. I hope your IDP leagues are treating you well and the defensive side of the ball has been kind to you and your team. If they are carrying you to a playoff berth then keep up the work, if you’re struggling then it’s time to get on the ball and turn things around! Remember to always reach out with any questions at any time. Let’s get into our recap from last week.
As they approach the tougher part of their schedule, the New England Patriots started the week with perfect attendance. Isaiah
We have passed the half-way point of the season – it’s time to buck up and finish your season strong! Last week featured a couple of smash performances by Tevin Coleman and Aaron Jones. Guys like Jaylen Samuels last season or Tim Hightower a few years back can become late season league winners in fantasy football, you just have to pick them up.
We are now halfway through the regular season and we now know the identities of teams and what their future looks like. Some teams are starting to look towards the playoffs and hopes of winning the division while some teams, like the Jets and Falcons, are unexpectedly looking forward to the draft.
Welcome to the Week 9 Fantasy Streamers! The Cowboys and Ravens are on bye this week, so here are some options you can use to replace at quarterback, tight end, defense/special teams, and kicker.
The 7-0 San Francisco 49ers continue on the rich vein of form, and rookie Nick Bosa once again showed why he was a top to draft pick.

At 2-3-1, division and/or playoff hopes seem far-fetched. Not many teams, if any, come back from 2-5 (or 2-4-1) to play meaningful football in January. But, .500 teams after week eight still have a chance, and the Lions had a chance to get back into the race with that record.
