The 2022 NFL Draft is only a few days away, and the excitement is growing.
The 2022 NFL Draft is only a few days away, and the excitement is growing.
Armed with just one pick in the first three rounds of the NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers have some important decisions to make.
The combine is in the rearview mirror, and the 2022 NFL Draft is only seven weeks away.
The Dolphins finished in the middle of the pack this past season but won’t make a selection until No. 29 due to a pair of trades with the 49ers and Eagles.
The NFL Combine is a few weeks away, and that’s where the draft rumors start to pick up.
This year’s Senior Bowl festivities are now a wrap, and all but two NFL Draft spots are currently locked in.
The 2021 NFL season is almost over. With 28 of the 32 teams sitting on their couch watching football like the rest of us, it’s time to focus on the offseason.
The NFL Draft is finally here, even though it feels like NFL Draft season all year. For the second year in a row, draft meetings and film room sessions were all virtual. Although there will be fans and the picks will be televised somewhere other than Rodger Goodell’s basement, there is still that interesting dynamic between the teams and the players.
In two short weeks, the 2021 NFL Draft will finally be here. After months of scouting reports and mock drafts, the real thing will have arrived. However, these next two weeks are going to feel like two months.
Mike Zimmer and Rick Spielman have 10 picks in the 2021 NFL draft, beginning with the 14th-overall selection, to fix some glaring weaknesses on the Minnesota Vikings’ roster. Most of those picks come from trades, with the mid-season deal to send Yannick Ngakoue to the Baltimore Ravens netting a third-round choice.
Protecting Patrick Mahomes was the Kansas City Chiefs’ priority entering 2021 NFL free agency. Andy Reid had seen the franchise take enough bumps when Mahomes was bludgeoned by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers pass rush in Super Bowl LV. Reid and general manager Brett Veach acted once the veteran market opened.
The New York Giants surprised many by going on a huge spending spree in free agency. The team signed big-name players at positions of need, with Leonard Williams, Kenny Golladay, and Adoree’ Jackson all getting multi-year deals. The moves did come at quite a price, as the Giants doled out approximately $121 million in new contract guarantees. The length of these contracts is confounding, considering most other teams were content giving shorter “prove it” deals after the salary cap went backward in 2021.
