Deep Dive: Amed Rosario

I have decided to join Frank in his “Deep Dive” articles because it’s a great concept that puts a spotlight on underperforming players who aren’t reaching their full potential. Amed Rosario had loads of potential when he got the first call-up but he has fallen out of favor. Let’s dive into it.

3 Break-Outs in Progress

Every baseball season, we see a few new names at the top of the early leader-boards and some familiar faces. No matter the player or prospect pedigree, most hot starts fall off, while the elite can maintain and finish on a high note. But how can we tell if a hot April is sustainable or just a hot streak? Deep Dive: Eduardo Rodriguez

There are also emerging talents like Adalberto Mondesi and Tim Anderson. But despite such an abundance of talent, we need to make sure not to ignore Corey Seager.

Torn Labrum – What’s That?

Miguel Andujar has a torn labrum and is back on the IL.  I am sure if you are a fan and not a medical professional, you are asking – What is a Labrum?; Does it have to be fixed?; How is it fixed; How long does it take to recover from the injury?; Will XXX (insert current afflicted player name here) be the same player they were before the injury after the repair? These are all good, valid questions.
