It’s time to identify the top 100 players in the NFL, this time Nos. 80 through 71.
With the Pro Bowl in the books, it is time to look at the worst performers at each position from this season. After 20 weeks of recognizing the best and brightest, the NFL has to offer, it is time to celebrate the disastrous performances from throughout the season.
2021 was not the year Baltimore Ravens’ fans anticipated for a myriad of reasons. They missed the postseason for the first time since drafting Lamar Jackson, going 8-9 for fourth in the AFC North.
The third year of the Lamar Jackson era was not without its troubles. Baltimore fell from its perch atop the AFC North with an 11-5 record, but the Ravens were able to secure their first playoff win since 2014, exacting revenge on the Tennessee Titans. However, Baltimore once again fell in the divisional round of the playoffs, this time losing to the Buffalo Bills.
While the 2021 NFL season is still a few months away, it’s never too early to look ahead. Fanbases will argue day and night about who has the better team. Instead of debating the entire roster, why not debate positions? In the ninth part of a 12-part series, I will rank each team’s cornerback position.
The 2020 season offered some strong play from the defensive backs. As we continue our trip around the gridiron, here are the top 10 defensive backs for the past season.
After getting knocked out of the first round of the 2019 playoffs by the Tennessee Titans, the Baltimore Ravens were primed to get back to the playoffs and prove they can be a successful playoff team with Lamar Jackson. Not only did they get a chance to return to the playoffs, but the Ravens also got just what they wanted, another shot at the Titans.
