The second round of the NBA playoffs is now upon us and what a matchup we have here. The Milwaukee Bucks and Giannis Antetokounmpo face off against the Brooklyn Nets and their big three.
I am writing this as last night’s games unfold, so we are just going to assume that we did very well. Either way, its another great day to make some picks for the NBA playoffs.
There are many players that have pressure on them entering this year’s NBA playoffs, but none have put more pressure on themselves than James Harden. He hasn’t captured the one thing that matters the most: a championship.
The Brooklyn Nets are one of the NBA’s most unique teams this NBA season. They have three of the best players in the league in Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving. However, in 72 games, the trio has only played seven games together this season.
It’s time for a May NBA Power Rankings! This month we’ll predict the winners for each of the end of season awards.
With a month left in the NBA regular season, it’s time to take a look at the Top 5 MVP candidates and a few honorable mentions who could garner some votes.
We can argue whether there should be an All-Star game this year until the dogs come home. Numerous players, including the big names such as LeBron James, have openly spoken out against having an All-Star game amidst a pandemic in which over 30 games have been postponed or rescheduled.
James Harden is now a Net after he was traded from the Houston Rockets, but they’ve lost way more important pieces in their quest for a championship and in the future.
The New York Knicks are off to a better start than the star-studded Brooklyn Nets and have turned into the early-season talk of the town.
