It’s been a strange year and it’s going to be one of the most talked-about NBA postseasons we’ve ever witnessed. Injuries, highlights, record-breaking stats, and the pandemic are going to stay in our heads for a long time.
The Memphis Grizzlies finished the 2020-2021 NBA season with a 38-34 record. The team made the playoff play-in game tournament as the ninth seed in the Western Conference. They would win both games against the San Antonio Spurs and Golden State Warriors to obtain the eighth seed in the playoffs. In both games, Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant excelled in his first taste of the NBA playoffs.
This is not the way the Miami Heat wanted to play. The Memphis Grizzlies had their way on the offensive end all game long. Miami’s defense had no answer for the Grizzlies’ guard penetration and three-point barrage. Memphis finished the game with a total of 124 points, which is not good. Tuesday’s loss ends the Heat’s four-game win streak. Miami is now 26-25 for the season.
Dillon Brooks had some strong words for Andre Iguodala.
We got a solid seven-game slate for tonight. The best matchup is the Houston Rockets against the Los Angeles Clippers. Paul George is also scheduled to come back and the Clippers will be at full strength. Below are my top value players for this slate.
