This week brings a huge divisional game between two playoff contenders in the NFC West as the Seattle Seahawks face off against the Los Angeles Rams.
This week, Monday night football features two teams that are right in the middle of the NFC wild-card picture. It’s also a rematch between Tom Brady and Jared Goff who played in Super Bowl LIII. Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face off against Goff and the Los Angeles Rams in primetime. Both teams are still in play for first place in their division as well. This is a big game for both teams and should be a very good Monday night game. Let’s take a look at the top players in this NFC showdown.
For the third season in a row, the Chicago Bears will face off against the Los Angeles Rams in primetime. The last two years they faced off on Sunday Night football with the Bears winning in 2018 and the Rams in 2019. This year it will be on Monday Night Football.
The Los Angeles Rams nearly had a big come from behind win off a 25 point rally in the second half. They fell just short in a 35-32 loss over the Buffalo Bills. At first, it appeared as if the Bills were going to end the day at 3-0 with a blowout victory. With the victory over the Rams, this marks the first time Buffalo has started 3-0 in two consecutive seasons since 1991-92.
Unfortunately, unlike in Madden, we can’t turn the injuries off, and yesterday we wish we could have. We saw several star running backs leave the game and not return because of injuries.
