There was a ton of movement in the weekly rankings this week. The one constant in the NFL seems to be the Patriots while the 49ers are legit and the Ravens might be the biggest threat to the Patriots in the AFC.
The Central Division might not leap off the page as the best division in basketball from top to bottom but with the reigning league MVP playing in the conference and so many talented young players looking to turn the corner and potentially have a breakout season the Central Division is one to keep a close eye on for the upcoming season.
On Monday, former Cleveland Cavaliers and current Olympiacos coach David Blatt revealed that he was suffering from a progressive neurologic condition called Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. This form of multiple sclerosis is one of four disease paths that have been identified in this disease. Blatt is not alone in the sports world to be suffering from this debilitating disease.
