Eduardo Rodriguez Is Becoming The Red Sox Ace

Coming into 2019 the Red Sox starting rotation was supposed to be one of their strengths. Unfortunately, this season has not gone as planned and due to inconsistency and injuries the Red Sox starters have not met expectations. Although it has been a disappointing season, Eduardo Rodriguez has been a bright spot on a struggling staff. The former top prospect is having the best season of his career. MLB DFS: Locks, Core Hitters, BvP, and Stacks for July 23, 2019

You have to risk it to get the biscuit. You’ve heard the saying before, but when it pertains to daily fantasy lineups it can be especially pertinent. With that said, I like the Miami Marlins again tonight against Dylan Covey as a lower-owned stack. Not quite sure we can use them in cash games, but let’s take a look at some players that we can.

I’ll be avoiding the game in New York and the game in Philadelphia until we hear the word that it’s a full go. So, let’s take a look at some of the other games and options that seem to be playable tonight.

David Price Is Stepping Up When Needed Most

When David Price signed with Boston four years ago he was expected to be the ace to deliver a championship. Price claimed that he had saved all his postseason wins for Boston but failed to meet expectations. His postseason struggles continued in 2016 and injuries limited him the following season. Last year however Price proved his critics wrong. The former number one overall pick was key to the Red Sox postseason run and dominant in the World Series. In 2019 Price has picked up where he left off and arguably been the Red Sox best pitcher.
