Back for some more fun in MLB DFS? Well, we’ve got you covered once again with the All-Star Break quickly approaching.
We take a look at Cole Young, a shortstop sensation from North Allegheny High School.
With the season set to kick off soon, the Mariners have already added some key Major League talent via both free agency and trades.
The Pittsburgh Pirates were busy adding to their prospect pool at this year’s trade deadline. With the departure of veterans such as Adam Frazier and Richard Rodriguez, that process has been further emphasized.
While the fate of their 2021 season is decided, the Pirates still have work to do before they think about free agency and the 2022 campaign. In fact, the July 30 trade deadline could dictate how Pittsburgh fares several years down the road.
The Cleveland Indians were able to sweep the Kansas City Royals entering the All-Star break. The problem is, they were riding a nine-game losing streak and fell to eight games back of the Chicago White Sox for the AL Central lead.
It’s incredible that the Chicago White Sox have played so well in 2021 considering all their injuries. Rick Hahn, the White Sox general manager, is aggressive when it comes to trades. He has built the team up over the years to get to the position they are in now.
The 2021 New York Yankees have been awful, and there is no way around it. There are a lot of questions surrounding this team, and GM Brian Cashman has to maneuver them while potentially being on the hot seat.
For the majority of the 2021 season, the Pittsburgh Pirates have been without Ke’Bryan Hayes. After missing 52 games, Hayes returned to the lineup on June 3. Despite missing two months, the Pirates’ third baseman has picked up where he left off and provided a spark to the offense.
The Georgia native is off to an impressive start and has been hard to keep off the base paths. With injuries mounting, he is providing a reminder of the value he brings.
With Spring Training only months away, the Boston Red Sox roster is far from set. One area they still need help is in the bullpen, which struggled last year. While the Red Sox still have many options in free agency, one possible trade target is Richard Rodriguez.
The calendar has flipped over to September, the kids are back to school and summer days are about to turn into crisp, cooler days. Heck, I kinda like it as I was just out for some tennis and felt like the coolness gave me some extra energy. This, of course, has nothing to do with what brings you, the reader, here. Let’s dig into this somewhat un-inspiring eight-game nightcap before I start talking about the weather again. Twins at Red Sox, 11 runs implied total/ Tigers at Royals, 9.5/ Rockies at Dodgers, 9.5 are our games to target for bats. By now you know the drill, tell grandma, we’re going Around the Horn!
