Ryan Potts’s Mock Draft 2.0

With just 10 days until the NFL draft, each team is making their final preparations. Here is one sentence on potential selections for each team.

Arizona Cardinals:
Quinnen Williams, IDL, Alabama
The Cardinals give Josh Rosen a chance under Kingsbury.

San Francisco 49ers:
Nick Bosa, EDGE, Ohio State
The Niners pair Bosa with Dee Ford to bring terror to the quarterbacks of the NFC West.

New York Jets:
Josh Allen, EDGE, Kentucky
The Jets finally get the edge rusher they have wanted (and needed) for centuries.

Oakland Raiders:
Rashan Gary, EDGE, Michigan
Khalil Mack’s role is fulfilled with the highest of upsides.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers:
Devin White, LB, LSU
The Buccaneers replace Kwon Alexander.

New York Giants:
Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida
The Giants look to protect Eli Manning for one more year.

Jacksonville Jaguars:
Montez Sweat, EDGE, Mississippi State
Sacksonville gets another rusher.

Detroit Lions:
T.J. Hockenson, TE, Iowa
The Lions tempt fate by drafting a tight end inside the top 10, again.

Buffalo Bills:
Ed Oliver, IDL, Houston
The Bills secure one of the best players in the draft.

Denver Broncos:
Drew Lock, QB, Missouri
Joe Flacco is probably not the long-term answer.

Cincinnati Bengals:
Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State
With the top 10 teams being dumb, the Bengals get the former Buckeye.

Green Bay Packers:
Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
The Packers add one more weapon for Aaron Rodgers.

Miami Dolphins:
Brian Burns, EDGE, Florida State
Meh, the Dolphins can draft a quarterback next year.

Atlanta Falcons:
Devin Bush, LB, Michigan
The Falcons add defensive depth so that they can withstand the millions of injuries they are bound to have in 2019.

Washington Redskins:
Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma
No one knows how Murray fell to No. 15.

Carolina Panthers:
Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State
The Panthers try to protect Cam Newton.

New York Giants (via Cleveland):
Greedy Williams, CB, LSU
The Giants aim to solidify their secondary.

Minnesota Vikings:
Cody Ford, OT, Oklahoma
The tradition of not having an offensive line in Minnesota ends.

Tennessee Titans:
Christian Wilkins, IDL, Clemson
The Titans ignore the offense, and they secure a high-end talent.

Pittsburgh Steelers:
Byron Murphy, CB, Washington
Pittsburgh looks at the future and secures a defensive stalwart.

Seattle Seahawks:
D.K. Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss
The Seahawks splurge on a shiny new toy.

Baltimore Ravens:
Garrett Bradbury, IOL, NC State
After ineptitude in the playoffs, it is time to bolster the offensive line.

Houston Texans:
Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama
Williams should reduce the 62 total sacks that Deshaun Watson took.

Oakland Raiders (via Chicago):
DeAndre Baker, CB, Georgia
The Raiders will continue to have first-round picks get lit up by the Kansas City and Los Angeles offenses.

Philadelphia Eagles:
Nasir Adderley, S, Delaware
The Eagles strengthen their back end.

Indianapolis Colts:
N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State
The Colts get one more weapon for Captain Luck.

Oakland Raiders (via Dallas):
Josh Jacobs, RB, Alabama
The Raiders look to the offense for a chance to lose by 10 instead of 20.

Los Angeles Chargers:
Dalton Risner, OT, Kansas State
The Chargers remember that Rivers is practically 100 years old.

Kansas City Chiefs:
Clelin Ferrell, EDGE, Clemson
Contrary to popular belief, the Chiefs need a semblance of defense.

Green Bay Packers (via New Orleans):
Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, S, Florida
The Packers bring in another safety, so it looks like they are trying to have a balanced roster.

Los Angeles Rams:
Erik McCoy, IOL, Texas A&M
The Rams bolster the offensive line.

New England Patriots:
Daniel Jones, QB, Duke
The Patriots draft the next quarterback to be traded.
