Former Patriots backup quarterback and current 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo was given one of the biggest contracts in NFL history and one of his old teammates has responded.
Wide receiver Julian Edelman tweeted at Garoppolo in an “Edelman-like” fashion demanding money that the quarterback allegedly owes him from their time together in New England.

The Patriots do not play the 49ers this coming year but there’s no doubt they can get this “issue” solved as Garoppolo’s contract comes with $74 million in guaranteed salary.
