Patriots Missing Key Starter At Practice

Last week, starting safety Patrick Chung missed the teams only Bye Week practice and it appears today brought more of the same.

Chung starting the week on the sideline isn’t a good sign for his availability going forward for the Eagles game this weekend. That means Duron Harmon will likely have to jump to the starting role alongside Devin McCourty.

There is still good news coming out of Foxboro today though. Other than Chung, New England had perfect practice attendance which included rookie receiver N’Keal Harry. The first-round pick will be pushing to show his coaches that he’s ready to make his regular-season debut this weekend.

Ben Watson also returned to the field after missing practice last week as well.

Hopefully, this is a sign that Brady will have both Harry and Watson available at his disposal when they go up against Philadelphia at 4:25 this Sunday.
