NBA DFS Core Four 8/2/2020

We made bank Friday night! Huge thanks to our players Russell Westbrook, Damian Lillard and DeMar DeRozan! Right off our list!

Today’s another today to make bank so let’s get to it!

All prices below are Draft Kings!

De’Aaron Fox – ($7,900) Sacramento Kings @ Orlando Magic

Fox is one of the most underrated players in the NBA in my opinion. He’s the fastest player, has the best hands, and can get to the hoop at ease. He’s that good. He can change the game by himself when he’s on the court. He’s coming off a monster performance where he dropped a game high 39 points, while adding six assists, three rebounds and block and a steal. The matchup here makes him an easy LOCK for me. No one on the Magic can come remotely close to the speed Fox possesses. On the year, Fox is averaging a very modest 20.8 points, four rebounds, and 6.7 assists per game. He will carry the Kings to victory today, and will handle the load. Get him in your lineup and enjoy the ride!

Ja Morant – ($7,300) Memphis Grizzlies vs San Antonio Spurs.

Similar to Fox, Morant is an explosive player who can fly to hoop at will. He possesses extreme talent for a small guy. He is as explosive as they come. On the short year, he is averaging 17.7 points per game, 3.6 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game. Today’s pick, is because of the matchup! Similar to Fox, Morants speed will play a huge role in today’s game. No one on the Spurs can keep up with the aggressiveness and explosiveness of Morant. He, like Fox, will carry both there teams to an easy victory with the offense flowing strictly through them. Morant is always a threat to score when in the court, but today’s matchup is juicy as ever.

Deandre Ayton – ($8,500) Phoenix Suns vs Dallas Mavericks

Ayton didn’t miss a beat and seems to be in mid season form! He is coming off a monster game where he finished with 24 points and 12 rebounds against the lowly Washington Wizards. Same idea here! The Mavericks will have no one to stop Ayton and he is going to get the ball early and often! He is a force to be reckoned with, especially when he gets position down low in the paint. On the year, Ayton is averaging a double-double! 19.2 points, 12 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game! When you have those type of numbers, and a matchup with the Mavericks coming up, well, he is going to absolutely feast today! He’s my second LOCK of the night.

Rui Hachimura– ($7,400) Washington Wizards @ Brooklyn Nets.

Rui is playing at an extremely high level right now with insane amount of confidence. He is coming off a game where he put up 21 points and 12 rebounds against Ayton and the Suns. Today’s matchup is a lot easier. Matchup based play here.

To make the case even stronger for getting Rui in your lineups, the Wizards are playing without star Guard Bradly Beal. The offense will continue to role right through Rui and he will have a lot easier of a go against the poor Nets defense. I’m expecting another huge performance from Rui and I’m expecting him to top at least 30 fantasy points. He certainly has the potential to, and with the offense flowing right through him, he’s going to put on a show!!

That does it for this edition of Core Four! Hope you guys enjoy and let’s make some money together!
