Five of the six Wild Card playoff games are officially in the books. The final game brings us a huge matchup out of the NFC West. The Arizona Cardinals will head into SoFi Stadium to face the Los Angeles Rams. This will be the third time these teams have played up this season. It will also be the second game on Monday night, with the Rams winning their previous matchup. However, they did split in the regular season with the Cardinals taking the first game. Let’s take a look at the top DFS players for this game.

DraftKings Captain | FanDuel MVP

Kyler Murray (DK 16,800 | FD 17,000)

Murray and the Cardinals started the season hot, winning their first seven games. Murray had the offense rolling and was the MVP favorite. However, in Week 8 he got hurt, and when he returned four weeks later, star receiver DeAndre Hopkins got hurt soon after. Since then Murray has had success moving the ball downfield but has struggled in the red zone. In their Week 14 matchup against the Rams, he put up 444 total yards scoring 20 plus fantasy points despite not throwing a touchdown. Look for Murray to have a huge game and be the highest scorer on the slate.

Flex Plays

Christian Kirk (DK 7,000 | FD 11,000)

Kirk had a sneaky good season for the Cardinals. He was only 18 yards away from his first 1,000-yard season. He is an excellent deep threat and the Cardinals are not afraid to dial up the deep ball. Furthermore, the Rams’ safeties are all banged up, forcing them to bring back Eric Weddle, who hasn’t played this season. Look for the Cardinals to attack the safeties and take their shots all game long.

Cam Akers (DK 6,600 | FD 7,500)

Akers made a miraculous comeback from an Achilles injury and played his first game of the season last week. Although he only played 13 snaps, the ball went his way when he was in, seeing eight touches. With that being his first game of the year don’t put too much into him only having three rushing yards. Especially considering Sony Michel only had 43 yards on 21 carries. The running game as a unit struggled to get going last week. This backfield should be closer to a split this week and Akers will make much more of an impact.

Cooper Kupp (DK 13,000 | FD 16,000)

Kupp has been unreal all season and there’s no reason to believe that will not continue in the playoffs. In his first season with Matthew Stafford, their connection has been elite. While Kupp has only seen 14 targets total over the past two weeks, do not fade him because of it. In his two games against the Cardinals this season, Kupp has 28 total targets. He’s going to get the ball and will be among the top scorers on this slate.
