Week 9 of the NFL had some wild and unexpected games. Now it’s time for Monday Night football. This game will be a battle between two teams historically known for their defenses. The Pittsburgh Steelers will be playing host to the Chicago Bears. Let’s take a look at the top players in this Monday Night matchup.
DraftKings Captain | FanDuel MVP
Justin Fields (DK 15,600 | FD 14,000)
Fields had the best game of his rookie season last week. He only had 175 yards passing but he was able to add 103 rushing yards. If Fields continues to use his legs he will score a lot of fantasy points. His biggest struggle this season has been turnovers mainly due to poor offensive line play. The good news for Fields is the Steeler’s defense has only forced quarterbacks into four turnovers in seven games. If Fields can play a clean game and the offensive line can give Fields time, he will the highest scorer in this game.
Flex Plays
Allen Robinson (DK 7,200 | FD 10,000)
Robinson is having the worst season of his career. Part of that is because of the lack of experience with Fields. Pair that with the play-calling which hasn’t been the best, to say the least. However, Robinson and Fields have been working on different routes via Zoom meetings. That extra work is going to show in this game. He also gets a good matchup against the Steelers secondary who have allowed nine touchdowns to receivers this season. Look for Robinson to have his best game of the season tonight.
Diontae Johnson (DK 11,200 | FD 13,500)
Johnson has scored 14 or more PPR fantasy points in every game this season. He has been getting even more looks after JuJu Smith-Schuster went down with a season-ending injury. In the Steeler’s last two games without JuJu, Johnson saw 26 targets. The volume is huge for Johnson and he should get peppered with targets again in this game.
Chris Boswell (DK 3,800 | FD 9,000)
The over/under for this game is currently set at only 39 points. Points will be hard to come by and if the Steelers drive into field goal range they will have to take the points. The Bears’ defense is coming off a game where they gave up four field goals. If Boswell can score double digits, his value will be huge on this tough slate.
