This week on Monday Night Football the Washington Football Team will host the Seattle Seahawks. Both of these teams made the playoffs last season. However, this year, they only have a combined seven wins all season. If either of these teams are going to make a push for the playoffs, they need to win this game. Let’s take a look at the top DFS players for this Monday Night matchup.

DraftKings Captain | FanDuel MVP

Antonio Gibson (DK 12,900 | FD 12,000)

Gibson has been getting a lot of carries the last two weeks. Not only did he see a season-high 24 carries against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers two weeks ago but he was able to score two touchdowns in that game against one of the best run defenses in the league. This week he gets the Seahawks defense who have allowed three rushing touchdowns in the last two weeks. As long as Gibson can avoid the fumbles he should have himself another big game this week.

Flex Plays

D.K. Metcalf (DK 8,800 | FD 13,500)

Metcalf hasn’t been very good since Russell Wilson made his return a couple of weeks ago. However, he gets a very good matchup against Washington’s secondary that has allowed 13 touchdowns to wide receivers this season. The Seahawks need to get Metcalf going if they want to snap out of this recent struggle. Look for them to force some throws to Metcalf tonight to get him going early.

Russell Wilson (DK 11,000 | FD 15,500)

Wilson has not been the same since returning from injury. He has yet to throw a touchdown in those two games and it’s obvious the finger is still a problem. However, this is the perfect matchup to get his groove back. Washington’s defense has given up 24 passing touchdowns this season. They also allow an average of 280 passing yards per game. As long as Wilson doesn’t have any problems with his injury he should have a great game tonight.

Joey Slye (DK 4,200 | FD 8,500)

To be able to afford the high-priced guys above you’ll have to save some salary somewhere. Slye will do just that. He has only missed two field goals this season and has averaged 12.3 fantasy points in his last three games. The offense should continue to move the ball and get into field goal range a couple of times for Slye in this matchup.
