Latest on Patrick Chung Charges

The case against Patrick Chung has officially been resolved.

Per Ian Rapoport, no charges will be filed against Chung for possession of cocaine.

However, there is a catch for the Oregon alum as he must serve at least 40 hours of community service, not commit any crimes or major motor vehicle offenses, and submit to mandatory drug testing

Meredith police chief at the time of discovery, told the media that the three-time Super Bowl champion did indeed have the substance in his home but was not taken into custody.

“[He] did possess or have under his control a quantity of the controlled substance cocaine” Morrow said. “[Chung] was not arrested and there is no photo to provide.”

Chung has been a favorite of head coach Bill Belichick and has taken a leadership role in his second stint as a Patriot.
