I Said It 4-8-17: Tebow and Twitter

By Producer Alex

A few Saturday afternoon quips, courtesy of your resident quip-ster.

  • Tim Tebow hit a home run in his first at-bat for Class A Columbia Fireflies. What more proof do you need that the Lord exists? Honestly, I’m just surprised that He’s a fan of minor league baseball.
  • Tebow then struck out 3 times later that game, so apparently the Devil is real too.
  • Apparently Ben Roethlisberger blocks every sportswriter who follows him on Twitter. Looks like Big Ben’s offensive line taught him well.

  • I tried to write a joke about the Masters… But then I realized that golf is a joke already. So I’m all set.

Tune into PrimeTime Sports Talk tomorrow night at 8 and maybe if I behave, they’ll let me make a few jokes on air. I’ve got some good ones, too.
