Prior to the 2020 NFL season, three questions were posed for each of the 32 teams. This is the recap and answers to those questions for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. If you want to look back at the previous article you can do that here

Tampa Bay really came true?

Six-time Super Bowl champion, Tom Brady decided to begin his next NFL chapter in Tampa Bay. Brady was looking to continue his legacy. The Buccaneers were looking to get back to playoff football, with the goal being the Super Bowl. Brady and the team delivered. They became the first team to host the Super Bowl in their home stadium. Even better, they won. Tom Brady once and for all ended the debate of being the greatest quarterback ever to play in the NFL.

Is Gronk still a top-tight end?

Rob Gronkowski came out of retirement to play with Tom Brady. For the first half of the season, Gronk labeled himself a blocking tight end. But as the calendar flipped to December, he became one of Tom Brady’s favorite targets. He proved many of the doubters wrong, who said he would come back from a season away a fraction of his former self.

Is it Super Bowl or bust?

After winning the Super Bowl, the team is looking to go back to back. The first step was to re-sign every key player that was intricate to their season, with the exception of Antonio Brown, who has yet to sign with anyone. While many credit Brady with this championship, Tampa won because they were a complete team. Two solid running backs in Ronald Jones and Leonard Fournette, depth at receiver beyond Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, and one of the most complete defenses front to back in the NFL. The defense was led by Jason Pierre-Paul, who recorded 9.5 sacks, a pair of interceptions, and four forced fumbles on his way to his third Pro Bowl selection, his first in eight seasons.
