Tonight we have a matchup between the struggling Atlanta Falcons and the surprising Carolina Panthers. Both of these teams sit in the bottom half of the NFC South division but have different outlooks for the rest of the season. Neither team has a good defense, so hopefully, it will be a high scoring game.
The team’s fan base and fantasy football players will have their eyes glued to the game, watching every play with the utmost attention. For gamblers, their only rooting interest is whatever will lead to money in their pocket. However, which bets should they place for tonight’s game? Here are five prop bets gamblers should consider placing.

Robby Anderson Over 73.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
Anderson has been excellent for the Panthers this season. He has turned into their top weapon in the passing game and added an explosive playmaker downfield. In seven games this season, Anderson has at least 74 receiving yards in all but one. Furthermore, Andersen had 112 receiving yards against the Falcons in Week 5. Meanwhile, the Falcons have given up at least 212 receiving yards to wide receivers in all but one of their games this season. Furthermore, they gave up 253 to the Panthers in their previous matchup. Given how poorly the Falcons are slowing down wide receivers, Andersen could hit the over on this prop before the start of the fourth quarter.
Todd Gurley to Score an Anytime Touchdown (-228)
Yes, this is a heavy price to pay, but it’s one worth paying. Gurley has been on a roll lately, scoring five rushing touchdowns over his last four games, including two last week against the Detroit Lions. Furthermore, he averaged 8.6 yards per carry and scored once against the Panthers earlier this season. Meanwhile, the Panthers have been awful against running backs this season. They are giving up an average of 107 rushing yards per game and have allowed eight rushing touchdowns to the position. The Falcons have leaned on Gurley in the red zone the past few weeks, opening up the door for him to score at least once tonight.
Julio Jones and Robby Anderson Both Over 100 Receiving Yards (+800)
Welcome to the rare parlay prop bet. For this bet to cash, both Jones and Andersen need to finish the game with over 100 receiving yards. Tonight’s game should be a shootout and result in plenty of passing yards for both teams. Julio has dealt with injuries this season, missing two games and leaving others early. However, in the five games he has played, Jones had 97 or more receiving yards in three of them, while Anderson has four games this season with 99 or more receiving yards. Both receivers can make plays downfield and have elite speed. This prop is a bit of a long shot as you are counting on two players to have a good performance, but at 8-1 odds, it’s worth the risk.
Todd Gurley Over 14.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
After not being used in the passing game to start the season, Gurley has carved out a role over the last three weeks. Over the first four games of the season, Gurley had a total of four catches. However, over his previous three games, Gurley has nine catches. More importantly, Gurley is averaging 23 receiving yards per game over his last three contests, finishing each one with at least 19 receiving yards. Furthermore, the Panthers gave up 74 receiving yards to the New Orleans Saints’ running backs last week. In their Week 5 matchup, Gurley had a season-high 29 receiving yards, and there is no reason why he can’t have a similar game tonight.
Teddy Bridgewater Over 283.5 Passing Yards (-115)
When these two teams faced off a few weeks ago, Bridgewater had his best game of the season, throwing for 313 yards and two touchdowns. Tonight, he should have no trouble throwing for at least 284 yards as the Falcons have been unable to slow down quarterbacks in any game this season. The Falcons have one of the worst and youngest secondaries in the league, giving up an average of 344 passing yards per game. Furthermore, they have allowed quarterbacks to throw for at least 310 yards in every game this season. Tonight’s game should be a shootout, and Bridgewater will have no trouble throwing for 300 or more yards.
