Ben Roethlisberger Over 257.5 Passing Yards (-115)

While Roethlisberger has shown signs of slowing down, he has still averaged 257.2 passing yards per game this season. Big Ben has thrown for over 250 passing yards in three of his past four games, including over 290 passing yards twice. Meanwhile, the Seahawks have struggled to slow down passing attacks, allowing the second-most passing yards this season. They have allowed an average of 321.6 passing yards per game. Furthermore, the Seahawks have given up at least 320 passing yards in four straight games, allowing an average of 339.3 per contest. Even with JuJu Smith-Schuster out for the season, Big Ben will have no trouble carving up the Seattle defense.

D.K. Metcalf Over 63.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

If the Seahawks have any chance of winning tonight’s game, they will need a big performance from Metcalf. The star receiver has averaged 76.6 receiving yards per game this season, finishing with 65 or more receiving yards in three straight contests. Furthermore, Metcalf had 98 receiving yards against the Los Angeles Rams last week on only five targets, with three of his five catches and a touchdown with Geno Smith under center. Meanwhile, the Steelers have allowed an average of 195.8 receiving yards per game to wide receivers this season, giving up over 220 receiving yards in 60 percent of their games. Furthermore, the Steelers gave up 120 receiving yards to Courtland Sutton last week. Expect Metcalf to have his second game this season with over 100 receiving yards tonight.

Najee Harris Over 77.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

After a slow start to the season, Harris has picked up his play recently. Over the past two weeks, he has averaged 92 rushing yards per game, including a career-high 122 rushing yards last week against the Denver Broncos. More importantly, Harris has averaged 4.8 yards per rushing attempt over the past two weeks. Meanwhile, the Seahawks have allowed the second-most rushing yards to running backs this season, giving up 126.6 rushing yards per game. They have allowed at least 90 rushing yards in every game, including over 100 rushing yards in 80 percent of their matchups. Furthermore, the Seahawks have allowed running backs to average 4.4 yards per carry this season. Between his recent play and the matchup, Harris should hit the over on this prop bet by halftime.

Geno Smith Over 223.5 Passing Yards (-115)

Replacing the injured Russel Wilson under center tonight is the nine-year veteran Smith. The last time Smith started a game was 2017 for the New York Giants. In that game, Smith threw for 212 yards with limited weapons around him. However, Smith entered last week’s game in the fourth quarter and finished with 131 passing yards on only 10 pass completions. Meanwhile, the Steelers have allowed 272 passing yards per game this season, giving up 245 or more in 80 percent of their games. The Seahawks will trail for most of the game, forcing them to throw the ball. While Smith’s final passing numbers won’t impress anyone, he will easily throw for at least 250 passing yards in this game.

Diontae Johnson Over 64.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

With JuJu out for the season, Big Ben will rely on Johnson even more moving forward. Johnson has averaged 76.3 receiving yards per game this season, finishing with 72 or more in three straight games. More importantly, Johnson has 10 or more targets in 75 percent of his games this season. Meanwhile, the Seahawks have allowed the second-most receiving yards to wide receivers this season, giving up 212.2 receiving yards per game. Furthermore, wide receivers have averaged 273 receiving yards per game over the past two weeks, finishing with at least 220 in both contests. Last week, Johnson had 72 receiving yards on only two targets against the Broncos. However, he should see enough targets tonight to finish the game with over 120 receiving yards.
