The BC Eagles lost a tough game to Syracuse. The final score was Syracuse 81, Eagles 63.

The Eagles played sloppy offense throughout the game, ending the night with 17 turnovers. Five of Syracuse’s players scored in double figures as the Orange rode an 11-0 run early in the second half to seal the win.
“We turned the ball over 17 times, and they took advantage of our individual defense,” BC coach Jim Christian said. “They made a lot of shots early, shots they haven’t really been hitting. When you give up 14 and 12 points to their two best guys to it’s hard to beat them.”
The Eagles have a week off before looking to bounce back against Virginia Tech on Wednesday at home.
