Corrigan’s Gambling Corner

Welcome back to the gambling corner. After a winning week last time, I took a break because I had to move. It just so happens that the week I took off I went 14-2 and was up 13.4 units.

I apologize for that and let’s keep this incredible hot streak going.

2020 Record: 4-3

Game 1: Lakers -6 (O 231) vs Blazers

This is going to be a fun series. The Lakers are clearly the better team here, but Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum have been making life hell for many teams in this bubble. Expect a lot of points, but also expect the Lakers to pull away late.

Game 1: Rockets ML (EVEN) vs Thunder

I’m only taking this game because you can, and will double your money win the Rockets win. Obviously missing Russell Westbrook is a big factor in this line shift, but I think James Harden is just too special to lose to this Thunder team. This could be the best first-round series in the playoffs.

Cleveland Indians (-1.5) vs Pirates

The Indians are starting to figure things out with their bats. They still have a long way to go, but they are only getting better. With Carlos Carrasco on the mound tonight, the Indians should face no problems against the worst team in baseball.

Game 5: Blackhawks +1.5 (O 6) vs Golden Knights

I believe in my Blackhawks. I think they stretch this to at least a game six. Also, I have said it before, but the Blackhawks overs always hitting is one of my favorite traditions in sports.
