On Saturday evening, Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha riders Justin Cooper and Colt Nichols captured the 2021 Monster Energy AMA Supercross 250 West and East regional championships, respectively.

For now the second time in the last three years, “Paul” Cooper Webb has given Red Bull KTM a World Supercross Championship. Outside of a lackluster season opener, Webb once again had a world-class season and put a vice grip on the championship at the halfway point of the season, much like in 2019. Just like in 2019, he would hold the red number plates to the very end of the season and delivered some soul-crushing defeats to rival Ken Roczen. Here we go from start to finish of Webb’s second World Title campaign in 2021.

Next week, two clubs will officially book their ticket to Istanbul for the 2020-2021 UEFA Champions League final. The first legs of the semi-finals are in the books and the second legs ought to be interesting.

After a year-long absence from TT racing, the AFT has brought it back through a brand new event (the Atlanta Super TT). It’s hosted at Atlanta Motorspeedway, a track most known for holding its yearly NASCAR event.

The 250 East and 450 Supercross Titles both were up for grabs on Saturday night, but neither would be claimed one round early. All in all, it was an exciting night of racing in Salt Lake City.

A key factor in Tottenham’s minor resurgence was the return to form of on-loan Welsh star Gareth Bale. The Real Madrid forward returned to North London for a second spell with Spurs, arriving with significant fanfare from fans and media alike.

The three-race stay at Atlanta Motor Speedway is now completed for Monster Energy Supercross. With just two rounds to go on the year, the 250 West title race took a major step forward into its conclusion.

Following the two-week season-opening double-header in Qatar, MotoGP moves onto Portugal for the next leg. Set in the charming seaside town of Portimao, Portugal, this is just the second year having run in Portimao. Up until 2012, the event had been held in Estoril for 12 straight seasons. MotoGP would leave Portugal after 2012 and return eight years later.

The Champions League and Europa League quarterfinals got underway this past week, with sides looking to gain the upper hand ahead of the return legs next week. But, could that mean that we could be in store for all-English finals in both European competitions for the second time in three seasons?

The semi-finals of this season’s Champions League are set. What started with 32 competitors is now down to just four.

Round two in Atlanta for Supercross would again provide some wild results and great racing. Now there have been four different winners in this stint with a round to go. With title races nearing their conclusions, things were most certainly heated up in Hotlanta.
