Last season New York Giants fans didn’t have much to cheer about. Although they were able to witness the end of the Eli Manning era, the face of the franchise for 16 seasons, who brought a pair of Lombardi Trophies to this storied franchise. The season went south after running back Saquon Barkley went down with a high ankle sprain and although he returned a few weeks later, the lasting effects lingered through most of the season. For a four-win team the outlook has nowhere to look but up.
Once again, the Lions coaching staff is on the hot seat. Matt Patricia hasn’t been able to take the defense to the height many expected he would upon his arrival. Detroit has a multitude of talented players but the coaching staff has failed the team overall. Two starters on the offensive line are now elsewhere and the team traded their star cornerback away for scraps. Patricia needs to prove that he can improve the defense and compete in a tough NFC North to keep his job.

It’s super bowl or bust for the Baltimore Ravens in 2020. They have the reigning MVP and added talents to all parts of their roster. The only way you improve off of a 14-2 season is by making that super bowl appearance, but one game at a time has to be the motto. There’s a ton of hype surrounding this team, many thanks to Lamar Jackson. It’s important they acknowledge that and continue to put him in the best position to win. I love this Ravens in 2020, and I know you do too.
