Jarrett Allen Over 11.5 Rebounds (-134)

Allen has been on a tear since the Cavaliers sent Andre Drummond home while they work to resolve his contract situation. In the six games since Drummond left the team, Allen has grabbed double-digit rebounds in every contest while also scoring in double figures in all but one of the games. He finished that game with nine points.

The rebounding numbers have really stood out, especially as he’s seeing a ton of minutes without much rebounding help on the floor alongside him. Of the six contests mentioned in which he secured double-digit rebounds each night, two of them were games that he finished with ten rebounds.

In the other four games played he tallied no less than 14 boards, which he did twice, while also having a 17 and 18 rebound game. He has been a menace on the glass since he became the team’s featured center and that isn’t going to change anytime soon. Take the Allen over and sit back and enjoy watching him battle down low with potential MVP frontrunner Joel Embiid.

Ricky Rubio Over 10.5 Points (-110)

Rubio has already been playing a more significant role than initially expected as the Timberwolves continue playing without guard D’Angelo Russell. Now they’re set to play their first game without Malik Beasley as well after his 12 game suspension was announced. Rubio is not and never will be someone to target aggressively when searching for a scoring over, but these circumstances make him a good play at a total of just 10.5 points.

Josh Okogie and Jaylen Nowell are expected to get significant run in Beasley’s absence. Neither one is someone to take with any level of confidence to score the ball. Rubio, on the other hand, will have a high usage rate and possesses the veteran awareness to pick up points over the course of the game when given opportunities.

Minnesota is bad, very bad. They may be well out of this game early in the fourth quarter. Given their lack of scoring to support Karl-Anthony Towns right now though, Rubio will have to get points over the course of a game. He’s inconsistent and frustrating offensively, but the lack of alternatives for his team to score makes this a no-brainer. Jump on the over at 10.5 points.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 22.5 Points (-122)

SGA could be in store for another scoring outburst like he had against the Spurs on Wednesday, a game in which he dropped 42 points. At the very least, he appears extremely likely to eclipse the 22.5 number the books have him at.

Not only are the Nuggets vulnerable on the defensive side of the floor themselves, but SGA is heating up in his recent outings and could give Denver fits all night. He’s always a strong scorer inside the arc, but if his recent touch is still in him he’s nearly impossible to defend. He’s made 14 of his last 22 attempts from behind the arc.

The numbers and eye test point to taking him over 22.5 points with confidence. It feels as if he is going to get his every night and the Thunder seem to be feeding off the skills he brings to the table.

James Harden Over 8.5 Rebounds (+100)

In what is a much-anticipated game due to the star players involved, it’s safe to assume fans will be in for quite the treat Saturday night. That remains true even as both the Nets and Mavericks are missing key players.

Those missing guys are part of the reason to like the Harden rebounding over. His own teammate, Kevin Durant, is a big piece of the Nets gameplan each night controlling the glass. Since he has been out Harden has taken a special interest in chasing down rebounds on several occasions.

On-court matchups that will be happening in this game give off the feel that Harden can easily grab 10 plus rebounds as long as he asserts himself. It’s a number he has hovered around basically since joining the Nets and he should have some extra pep in his step against this Mavericks group.
