Happy Friday everyone! A whole plethora of new series begins tonight. There are some weather concerns in Philadelphia, Washington, Boston and New York(Mets), so we will focus our attention elsewhere just to be safe before lineups lock. A lot of games to target so no better time than now to go Around the Horn!
We are back at it again DFSers for our Thursday edition of Around the Horn. Hopefully, your lineups are producing a decent return early on this baseball season. Mostly night games today and that’s where our focus will be. Marlins at Phillies, Red Sox at home to the Tigers, Indians at Astros, Yankees at Angels and Mariners hosting the Rangers are favourites of mine when for targeting players. Let’s take a trip Around the Horn!
A bevy of games for tonight’s MLB card. 14 games in total to pick from to build your roster. It appears that the only weather concern will be in Cleveland where there is rain forecasted for much of the evening. Specific games to target are The Dodgers at Brewers, Colorado Rockies at home to the Philadelphia Phillies, New York Mets at St.Louis Cardinals and Houston at Texas. These games project as some of the best games to focus on in terms of offensive production.
The baseball season is rolling right along nicely with some interesting storylines such as the Yankees, Red Sox and other teams struggling out of the gate. While other teams, Houston Astros, Tampa Bay Rays, Seattle Mariners, amongst others, continue to flourish. Of course, our focus is DFS, and today we are gonna dissect the night slate of five games. Selecting starting pitching may be easier to pinpoint for today’s’ slate, for at least your number one anyway. Only a handful of options to choose from so we can open up the wallet for some bats. Teams are still vying for playoff spots and division titles so the urgency to grab as many wins in only a handful of games is a driving force for many clubs. My targeted games are as follows: Colorado Avalanche hosting Edmonton, the surprisingly much better Detroit Red Wings at home to Pittsburgh, San Jose at Vancouver and Columbus versus the Bruins.

Only a few weeks left of regular season NHL DFS. Thursday brings us a decent helping of games to choose from. My leading target might come as a surprise, Florida at Ottawa, Florida has been trounced in some goal fests recently and the Sens have played better lately as their bevy of young talent has been producing. The other high projected high event games are Chicago at San Jose, the Islanders at Winnipeg, and Washington looking for two in a row against the Hurricanes.
