This week is my last week at Fan Source. Wanted to say thanks to a few people.
Hey everyone! It is with disappointment that I have decided to leave Fan Source at this time. I have taken on multiple writing roles this summer, and the workload is just too large for me to continue doing multiple sites consistently. This doesn’t have anything to do with Fan Source, just this is the best decision for me at this time.
Before I left though, I wanted to say thanks to a few people before I left. First, I want to thank Andersen Pickard, the site director of the NFL Fan Blitz side. Andersen approached me a few months ago with an opportunity, and I was excited to take it. When I started writing some smaller scale stuff on the Arrowhead Pride fan posts, I never expected to be able to find an opportunity for a team. I thank Andersen for the opportunity, and I wish him nothing but luck in the future.
I also want to thank Keaton Henry, who owns this site. Keaton was a nice guy to interact with, and I was proud to work for him. He treats all his contributors with respect, which is something you don’t get everywhere. He has done tremendous work to grow this site quickly, which isn’t easy. Keaton expanded so much over the past few years, and I wish him nothing but luck as well. This site will grow quickly, I guarantee it. Keaton has a lot to do with that growth.
Finally, I want to thank the editors and other contributors to the site. The editors always did a fantastic job editing, making sure the articles are top-notch. There are a lot of contributors that write, and they always put in extra effort to edit, which I have always respected and appreciated. To the contributors, I want to say thanks for the fun discussions we had, and I appreciate all their work. A lot of them always read my pieces, as I did theirs. I wish them nothing but luck, and I know that they will continue to churn out excellent pieces.
