On Tuesday, Antwaun Woods was arrested at a traffic stop and charged with over two ounces but less than four ounces, tampering with evidence and was cited for possession of paraphernalia.

It’s not the first time you’ve heard Woods in the negative limelight as of recent.  A month ago he was sent home for being late to a team meeting.  He brushed it off with this tweet, “I’ve been late less than 3 times in the last 9 years of football.  College (5) & NFL (4).  Y’all can chill.”

Woods was ruled out for the second straight week of the Thursday night game against the 6-6 Chicago Bears.  He’s recovering from a sprained MCL in his knee during the loss to the Patriots.

Woods was arrested in Frisco while the team traveled to Chicago.  Tonight’s game is a must-win for the Cowboys as they try to keep their lead in the NFC East.
