The entire football world was shocked when Myles Garrett thew a helmet down on the head of quarterback Mason Rudolph.
Myles Garrett just hit Mason Rudolph in the head with Rudolph’s helmet. Yikes. He has to be suspended multiple games for this. That’s wild. Never seen it before. https://t.co/BWPKxUAKOc

An incident that New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick avoids at all costs with his cutthroat discipline of his players.
Quarterback Tom Brady told reporters that his coach will use the fracas in team meetings as a tool to instruct his players to make sure nothing like this happens within his walls.
“Coach Belichick tries to use it as (one of those) teaching moments,” Brady told reporters. “Talks about not throwing punches, not touching referees and staying on the sidelines.”
The six-time Super Bowl champion head coach is not one to shy away from disciplining even his best players.
Wes Welker in 2010 was sidelined the first drive of the 2010 AFC Divisional round for his foot references in relation to Rex Ryan.
Jonas Gray in 2014, after one of the greatest performances for a running back in Patriots history, was late to a practice the next week and did not break a handful of snaps the following game.
Recently, former Patriots defensive end Michael Bennett was suspended for one game after an off-field incident before being traded to the Dallas Cowboys.
