Week 10

The NFL Week 10 has ended, meaning it is time to crown a team of the week. Week 10’s team of the week is the Miami Dolphins. Why Miami? Because the Miami Dolphins have asserted themselves as a playoff team in an NFL filled with many middle-of-the-road teams.

Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle

First off, let us talk about Tyreek Hill. Hill has 81 receptions for 1,148 yards for four touchdowns this season, and it is only Week 10 (he ranks first in the league for receiving according to statmuse.com). Hill already has a 1,000-yard season, and there are still seven more weeks of football left.

Now let us talk about Jaylen Waddle. Waddle, on the season, has 51 receptions for 878 yards and six touchdowns (ranks fourth in the league for receiving).

Both combined for 132 catches for 2,026 yards, and it is only Week 10. They are both nightmares for opposing teams because you either double-team Hill, likely leaving Waddle wide open, or you play zone, taking the risk of both running all over the opposing defense.

No Sacks For You

The Dolphins faced the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Yet somehow, the Dolphins’ offensive line did not allow a sack versus the Browns’ defensive line with Myles Garrett.

Tua Tagovailoa

Tua Tagovailoa has thrown for 2,265 yards and 18 touchdowns. He is completing 71% of his passes which is second in the league, only behind Geno Smith.

Playoffs?

Yes, it is that time of year to talk about playoff seating. Currently, Miami is first in the AFC East after a loss to the Buffalo Bills. Therefore the Dolphins could be seated anyway from first to fourth if they hold the division lead.
