In tonight’s game, the Philadelphia Eagles travel to Green Bay to take on the 3-0 Packers in a game some are calling a must-win for the Eagles. Unlike the past few Thursday Night games, this one should be entertaining and very fantasy friendly. There are several players I would feel comfortable playing in tonight’s game but first let’s take a look at my predictions from last week.
Carmelo Anthony is still a free agent and new he intends to continue playing. Danny Podolsky lists four NBA teams that could take a flier on him, plus one alternative option.
Sports fans rejoice, we have reached the time of year when baseball ramps up the intensity, football is already in full swing, and just around the corner, we have NBA and NHL ready to start their respective seasons. Opportunity to make some cash is out there for us, now is the time to do so some major research. Tonight we have four games on the evening slate to breakdown, get ready to submit enter on your starting lineups, we’re going Around the Horn!
After two years of constant turmoil between the players and coach Mike McCarthy, the Packers and specifically General Manager Brian Gutekunst, finally did what all Packer fans had been calling to be done for years: McCarthy was fired. For the second consecutive season and only the third time since Aaron Rodgers had taken over as the starter, the Packers ended up missing out on the playoffs. With McCarthy out, Gutekunst led a coaching search that ended with the team hiring former Titans Offensive Coordinator Matt LaFleur as the new head coach.
