Best Bet # 1 Raiders +9.5 (-110)

The early game on Saturday features the Las Vegas Raiders (6-10) playing host to their divisional rivals, the Kansas City Chiefs (13-3). The spread for this game opened at 9.5 in favor of the Chiefs. This tells us that professional oddsmakers and sportsbooks feel KC will win this game comfortably. Luckily for myself, I pounced on this immediately.

After benching David Carr last week, the Raiders turned to backup QB Jarrett Stidham against the San Francisco 49ers, and the kid did not disappoint in his NFL debut. In a narrow 37-34 loss to arguably football’s most complete team and their number-one ranked defense, Stidham passed for 365 yards and three touchdowns. It’s safe to say he endeared himself among the passionate fan base down in Vegas. More importantly, he earned the respect of his teammates. This week, Stidham gets another kick at the can and will surely look at this start as an audition ahead of next season. I think the Chiefs will prevail in this one. Stidham and the Raiders will keep it closer than most people anticipate and finish the season on a (somewhat) high. I think 9.5 points on the road, even for a team as talented as the Chiefs, seems like a bit of a stretch. This is an excellent smash spot for the Raiders here – ride with them at +9.5.

Best Bet # 2: Titans +6.5 (-110)

The Tennessee Titans (7-9) are traveling to Florida this week. They will face off against the Jacksonville Jaguars (8-8) in a game that decides the AFC South. Toss away the previous 16 games because it all comes down to this, football fans!

As a team, especially under head coach Mike Vrabel, the Titans have been pesky as underdogs, betting underdogs, and against the spread (ATS). In addition, for the most part, this is also a team that typically “hangs around in games.” Heading into Saturday night, the Titans will get a boost with the return of Derrick Henry to the lineup and have already announced Joshua Dobbs as their starting QB.

Despite losing last week against the Dallas Cowboys, with Dobbs under center and without Henry, Tennessee still managed to amass 317 total yards of offense in a game where nobody expected a single thing out of the Titans. Expect a blend of the pass and run on Saturday night from Vrabel’s offensive scheme, with hopes of eating a ton of clock and keeping opposing QB Trevor Lawrence off the field. At -110 odds, you are getting pretty good value against a team like Tennessee, which has the propensity to surprise the football world. So lock in the Titans at +6.5 as soon as you can.

Gates Top NFL Team From Week 11 (2024)

Week 11 in the NFL brought more chaos, with at least five games on Sunday being decided by a single score. Notably, the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts won their games by just one point. As a result of their performance, the Buffalo Bills have earned the title of our NFL Team of the Week for the second time this season, having previously received this honor in Week 8.
