Week 14 features a huge AFC matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers (11-1) and the Buffalo Bills (9-3). Coming off their first loss of the season, the Steelers need a win to retain the top seed in the AFC. Meanwhile, the Bills can clinch the AFC East with a win. It will all go down in primetime on Sunday Night Football.
Pittsburgh leads the all-time series 14-9 and has won six of the last seven meetings between the two franchises.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Last week against the Washington Football Team, Pittsburgh jumped out to an early 14-0 lead. However, their defense crumbled in the second half and the Steelers took their first loss of the season. Top performers included wide receivers James Washington and Diontae Johnson combined for 151 yards and two touchdowns.
Pittsburgh will be without two key defenders on Sunday. Cornerback Joe Haden (concussion) and linebacker Robert Spillane (knee) were both ruled out this week. Haden’s absence will require cornerback Mike Hilton to step up against a strong Buffalo passing attack.
Buffalo Bills
Buffalo dominated the San Francisco 49ers last week, en route to a 34-24 victory. Josh Allen had the best game of his career, completing 32 passes for 375 yards, four touchdowns, and a 139.1 passer rating. Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley–the Bills’ top receivers–combined for 19 catches, 222 yards, and a touchdown.
Similar to Pittsburgh, Buffalo could potentially be without two defensive starters this week. Defensive end Mario Addison (knee) did not practice this week and safety Jaquan Johnson (ankle) was already ruled out ahead of Sunday. Both would be major blows to the Bills’ passing defense.

Point Spread: PIT +2 (-110) | BUF -2 (-110)
Moneyline: PIT +105 | BUF -135
Over/Under: O 48 (-110) | U 48 (-110)
Buffalo is favored at home by only two points but should easily cover the spread. Both defenses have played well lately, however, this should be a high scoring affair. Take the over in this one.
Prediction
After losing to Alex Smith and the Washington Football Team last week, the Steelers will have their hands full even more with Allen, who’s putting together a Most Valuable Player caliber season. With their top tier offense, the Bills will jump out to an early lead and beat the Steelers by two touchdowns.
Final Score: Pittsburgh Steelers 20, Buffalo Bills 34
