The Dolphins move to 7-4 as they took care of business today against the New York Jets.
First Quarter
In what is shaping up to be a defensive battle, the two teams traded field goals as Sergio Castillo hit a 38-yarder for the Jets and Jason Sanders kicked a 54-yard score to tie the game 3-3.
Second Quarter
The Dolphins started the second quarter at their own 12. Ryan Fitzpatrick passed for 73 yards on the drive finally hitting Mike Gesicki for a 13-yard TD. Miami 10-3.
After the Jets go three-and-out, the Dolphins move down the field only to let Sanders boot through another three points, this time from 51 yards out.
The Jets make it to the Dolphins’ 11-yard line only to have Castillo miss a 29-yard field goal which ends the half.
Third Quarter
Punt, interception, punt, punt, fumble, punt, fumble. Not a whole lot of offense going on here.
Fourth Quarter
The Dolphins finally put us out of our misery with a seven-yard TD to Adam Shaheen. Miami wins 20-3
Highlights
The Dolphins have another cakewalk next week as they host the Cincinnati Bengals. The question is who will they have under center.
