Week 14 is upon us and the playoff race is heating up. This Thursday Night Football game is huge for both teams. The Pittsburgh Steelers will be heading to Minnesota to face the Vikings. They are both on the outside looking in for the final Wild Card spot in their respective conference. This isn’t a must-win game yet for both teams but a loss would set them back severely. Let’s take a look at the top DFS players in this game.
DraftKings Captain
Chase Claypool (DK 11,100 | FD 10,000)
Claypool has been limited by Ben Roethlisberger‘s arm strength this season. He is a deep threat and has had multiple opportunities missed from underthrown passes. However, he gets an excellent matchup this week and has a very good chance to score his first touchdown since Week 5. The Vikings’ defense has allowed 15 touchdowns to wide receivers this season. Furthermore, they give up nearly 190 yards per game to receivers. Look for Claypool to torch the Vikings secondary and have a huge game tonight.
FanDuel MVP
Justin Jefferson (DK 11,000 | FD 13,500)
Jefferson has been excellent the last month. In his last four games, he has gone over 140 yards three times. Last week he got even more volume with Adam Thielen spraining his ankle early in the game. That led to Jefferson having a season-high 11 catches for 182 yards. With Joe Haden out for Pittsburgh and Jefferson likely getting a lot of targets, he should have himself another big game tonight.

Flex Plays
Ben Roethlisberger (DK 9,000 | FD 15,000)
The reports from Adam Schefter came out last week that this is Big Ben’s last season as the Steelers quarterback. Yes, he doesn’t have the arm strength anymore and his numbers haven’t been that great this season. However, the Vikings have allowed quarterbacks to throw 21 touchdowns this season. He is very cheap on DraftKings and still a good play on FanDuel even though he’s the second most expensive player. If he’s able to throw a couple of touchdowns his value will be huge and much needed on this slate.
Greg Joseph (DK 4,000 | FD 8,500)
This game will likely not be a back and forth touchdown battle. The Vikings offense will struggle especially without Theilen who has scored 10 touchdowns this season. Therefore, the Vikings will struggle in the red zone and be forced to kick field goals. Furthermore, Pittsburgh is bottom eight in the league in terms of field goals attempted per game at 2.2 and Joseph is a solid 12-13 in five games at home this season. He is an excellent play and should see double-digit fantasy points.
