Week 8 in the National Football League kicks off with the Baltimore Ravens (4-3) taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-4). It’s Lamar Jackson and co. facing seven-time Super Bowl Champion Tom Brady and the Bucs in a game that could feature the last-ever matchup between these two star quarterbacks.

Talk about some “must-see TV” before the weekend!

Without further ado, let’s take a deep dive and look at TNF best bets sure to win you some cash.

Best Bet No. 1: Ravens Money Line (-125)

Brady and the Bucs enter Thursday night as home underdogs. There’s something you don’t see every day! After reeling off back-to-back losses against the Carolina Panthers and Pittsburgh Steelers, there certainly seems to be some nervous energy around TB12 and the Bucs. More specifically, Tampa’s defense simply isn’t the same (nor as strong) as it’s been in the past. Taking all this into account, it’s the picture-perfect opportunity for Jackson and the Ravens to grab a crucial victory on the road against a Tampa Bay team that has struggled mightily as of late. Although the Buccaneers are likely to keep it close, I think Baltimore prevails by a field goal. Take the Ravens in this one.

Best Bet No. 2: Gus Edwards Over 50 Rushing Yards (+100)

Following the injury to J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards is poised to be the lead back in Baltimore. After returning from a knee injury last week, Edwards reeled off 66 yards on 16 carries (4.1 yards per carry) with two touchdowns. Heading into tonight’s game, he should see plenty of the ball against a Tampa team that has struggled with the run all season long.

Edwards enters this game in a really nice spot for both fantasy players and prop bettors. Health permitting, Edwards can be a key factor in the Ravens’ offense going forward. In addition, Baltimore’s offense is really starting to flourish and move the chains with more consistency. Lock this one in as early as you can, folks.

Best Bet No. 3: Lamar Jackson Over 75 Rushing Yards (+170)

This one’s a bit of a flier, but hear me out. Heading into Thursday night, the health (and availability) of both Mark Andrews and Rashod Bateman in the Ravens’ offense remains uncertain. With this being said, it’s likely that the Ravens will need to look elsewhere when they have possession of the ball as the passing game may struggle. Jackson could use his legs to progress the ball downfield on the road in what’s projected to be a fairly close game. From a sheer betting perspective, +170 is phenomenal value for one of the most mobile QBs in football. Let’s see where that one takes us. Enjoy it to the fullest, football fans.
