Week 7 Streaming Options: QB, TE, D/ST, K, and Deep “Boom” Plays

Has anyone noticed that my “boom” plays go boom a week or two after I feature them? So unfortunate in the timing. Albert Wilson, c’mon man! Went off this past week. And don’t even get me started on Mason Crosby. Recommended him last week, and he saw plenty of opportunities and missed everything. If he hit all 6 of his kicks including his extra point attempt he would’ve had 21 points. 21. From a kicker. Then he goes and scores 17 against the Niners the next week.

Week 6 Streaming Options: QB, TE, D/ST, K, and Deep “Boom” Plays

It’s the weekend! Time to set those lineups. Hopefully, you have Drew Brees on your team. That would bring you here to check out my streamer options. But also, congrats for having the best fantasy quarterback come year end. Matt Stafford is also on a bye. In the next six weeks there will be a need to stream, so tell your friends where you got your streaming options. Or don’t – if you want them to lose their matchup.

Buying, Selling, and Trading on the Fantasy Market – Week 3

This week I am filling in for the always intelligent Brian DeWester and will be providing some buy-low and sell-high options heading into Week 3 of the NFL regular season. I don’t know Brian’s stance on these players as I write this, but if you have any issues with these recommendations be sure to tweet at Brian and tell him how bad his replacement was for Week 3. The goal of this article is to improve your roster for the long-term and help shape a championship run. Preparation is paramount when making a push for the playoffs and even though it’s only week 3, it’s never too early to get started. Things change in an instant, trade talks come and go, so hop on those opportunities before your league rival changes his mind.

Week 3 Streaming Options: QB, TE, D/ST, K, and Deep “Boom” Plays

Week 3 is upon us. The football season has been crazy so far. Ryan Fitzpatrick leads the league in fantasy points, Matt Breida leads the league in rush yards and Desean Jackson is the receiving king through two weeks of play. If you play the strategy of streaming a QB, it has paid off well thus far as there have been plenty of quarterbacks outside of the top 12 weekly rankings that have performed very highly. Performances like Blake Bortles’ explosion for 30+ fantasy points against the Patriots last week secure confidence in streaming week in and week out.

2018 Fantasy Football: Final PPR Rankings

Football is BACK! We are just a few days away from opening night between the Falcons and Eagles. Fantasy drafts are still happening by the hour so here are my final PPR rankings. However, fantasy owners need to be aware that NFL clubs are making roster moves still and some of these players may end up changing teams. As always, happy hunting fantasy friends!

Fantasy Football Value Picks in the Mid-Late Rounds

It feels great to finally type this: football season is back. And with the return of the NFL season comes the return of fantasy football drafts (read: one of the best times of year). Now, every year drafters are looking for any kind of edge–values, busts, sleepers, etc.–to help bring in their respective titles. While grabbing the right value at the right time might not guarantee a championship, it certainly doesn’t hurt.

Blood, Sweat, and Tiers – Tier 1

The running back position once again reigns supreme in fantasy football. There seemed to be a trend leaning toward wide receiver dominance given the consistency of the guys at the top, but the elite play of the NFL’s best running backs over the past few seasons quickly put a stop to that. When preparing for your draft, you want to separate your running backs into tiers so you can find the best values without sacrificing production. Here is the final installment of Blood, Sweat, and Tiers. The first article on the rookies is here. The second on my likes and dislikes is here. Tier 4 is here. Tier 3 is here. Tier 2 is here.

Derrius Guice Torn ACL – What it Means for the Redskins and Your Fantasy Team

Another meaningless preseason game…another meaningful injury. This week Derrius Guice tore his ACL at the end of the first quarter in their first preseason game versus the New England Patriots. I had Derrius Guice in case you missed it as this year’s second-best rookie running back. It’s a shame that he won’t see the field until next year so we won’t know his full potential until 2019. Guice racked up 19 yards on six attempts for an average of 3.2 YPC.
