Gregg Popovich’s team won one more game in the regular season than they were expected to, finishing with a 33-39 record and making it into the new NBA Play-In Tournament. San Antonio, as the No. 10 seed, was quickly eliminated by No. 9 seed Memphis Grizzlies.
Things are starting to click for the Miami Heat, who have now won 10 of their last 13 games. Even though the Heat seem to be back on track, there’s still a possibility moves will be made.
The Miami Heat clearly needs an upgrade at the power forward position and the team has been scouring the trade market for frontcourt help. One possible option is Rudy Gay.
